Once you confirm your order, we will send you an invoice to pay online with Credit Card or E transfer. If you are picking up your order from us, you can pay with cash or cheque at pick-up. If you need to send a cheque in the mail, please let us know and we will work it out. Pay Pal invoice option also available upon request.
We do quotes based on your deadline but our general turn-around time for 500 buttons or less is 7 business days (from when sample is approved). If you need them sooner than 7 biz days, we can rush them! If you don’t need them within any specific time period, let us know so we can give you the best price possible. We ship across Canada! If you are able to pick-up from us in West Hamilton to save time and money, let us know!
YES! We have a fabulous graphic designer who can provide you with custom designs. Let us know your ideas and we will work it out. Please note, having your own designs made can take a little longer than if you provide your own. We do everything we can to meet your deadline, so please let us know if it is a tight turnaround time.
Sure can! We do have a standard set-up fee but you can get as many as you want.
